PRE-LISTING

11-MONTH WARRANTY
Conducted during the 11th month of your occupancy, this inspection service takes place before the builders 1 year warranty expires.

AIR QUALITY & MOLD INSPECTION

This inspection includes air quality, mold spore detection, and other airborne particles. This info will be collected and analyzed by an accredited third-party laboratory.
This inspection will also encompass moisture intrusion/detection to help identify water penetration and moisture buildup within areas such as walls, ceilings, and floors.
HUD CERTIFIED INSPECTIONS
